The Sugar Story

A Mother-Daughter Mission to Heal, Speak, and Rise

I’m Fallon — a teen mom who got sober at 28. On May 1st, I celebrate 5.5 years sober.
And this is my daughter, Chloe — now 2 years sober, and one of the strongest young women I know.

Our story isn’t polished.
It’s real.
It’s messy.
And it’s proof that healing can start with one person — but ripple across generations.

We’ve survived addiction, self-harm, mental health crises, and generational trauma.
Now, we’re turning that pain into purpose — together.

Why We Built Sugar

We created Sugar to do more than whiten teeth or sell a product.
We built it to boost confidence, spark real change, and fund the conversations we wish someone had started when we were struggling.

Every purchase supports the advocacy work we’re already doing — on social media and through our podcast, in communities, and in the quiet DMs from people who say:
"Your story helped me choose differently."

Introducing Our Podcast

I Would Want Myself

The Art of Coming Home to Yourself

This isn’t just a podcast. It’s our living, breathing truth.
We talk about the things that nearly broke us — and the tools that helped us heal.
From boundaries and sobriety to trauma, confidence, and rewriting your story — nothing is off-limits.

Our Mission

To be the voice we needed when we were younger.
To help others feel less alone.
And to remind you that you are worthy — whether you’re in year 5.5, day one, or somewhere in between.

From Fallon & Chloe

“We’re not perfect — we’re healing out loud.
And if sharing our truth helps one other family feel seen,
then it’s all been worth it.”
